Over the last 15 years we have developed a sound and successful process that spans the entire web site development. After meeting with us, you will be confident in our abilities to walk you through every step from information architecture, design, development, marketing and more! 1. Brainstorm Your Ideas/Needs

• We will set times to meet with key members of your staff to discuss ideas, needs, likes and dislikes they have for your new web site.
• Determine the general scope of the project and determine time frames for each step.
• Gain a general understanding of the desired colors and content.
• We perform industry research to ensure that the most important information and selling points of your products/services are prominent on your site.

2. Concept Designs & Structure

• Once we have determined the desired theme of the site (colors, content, etc.), we will spend time developing the concept designs for your site.
• We will develop up to 3 different concept designs for you to choose from. Inevitably what happens is that features from each layout will make it into one final design that will become the basis for your site.
• Site structure will be developed based on desired content, complete with navigation, section titles, and content headings.

DEVELOPER'S NOTE: Concept designs are not functional web pages. They are a visual representation of the desired final product, and are subject to change during production as decisions and changes are made.

3. Get Approvals

• This is the phase of the project where major layout and design changes should be made, before production begins.
• A final design is decided upon based on the concept designs we developed.
• We get signed approvals on layouts before production begins on functional web pages.

4. Site Production & Testing

• The site begins production based on the approved final design.
• Tests are done to ensure the layout and links work properly before launch.
• Small changes may be made to the layout to counter unanticipated problems.

5. Site Launch

• After adequate testing has been performed, we will have a formal launch of your site.
• All of your site visitors can see your new website.
• We capture any feedback/suggestions from your site visitors and fine tine the site to make it more beneficial for them.
