How The Support Desk Works

The support desk at Atomic Design and Consulting is designed to make your life easier. You will be able to submit a request from anywhere in the world, check status updates, and communicate directly with our team of developers. Every user is added to our system with a collaborator user role. After you’ve register, you’re in! You can submit as many requests as you’d like.

Here’s how it works:

  3. We get your request completed!

Our standard delivery turn-around for support requests is up to 7 days. For clients on a support level agreement, our standard response rate is 24-48 hours.
